1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing a course on https://www.claimskills.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access our platform.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access course content, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your personal login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing or fraudulent activity.

3. Course License and Access Duration

Upon successful payment of the one-time enrollment fee (₹999), ClaimSkills grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the course video lessons, study notes, and prompt materials for your personal educational use.

Access Duration: Access to the course remains available on your registered user account for as long as the platform operates the course. ClaimSkills does not impose an automated subscription expiration date, but access is contingent upon the continuous operational availability of the platform and service.

4. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All course videos, curriculum outlines, instructional texts, prompt collections, audio-visual materials, website software, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of ClaimSkills.

You agree not to:

• Download, capture, rip, scrape, record, or extract video streams or lesson materials using automated tools or recording software.
• Redistribute, sublicense, resell, rent, broadcast, or publicly display course content in any medium or forum.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website platform or video protection systems.
• Use the platform or its materials for any unlawful or deceptive purpose.

5. Payments and Pricing

Enrollment requires a single one-time payment of ₹999 (inclusive of applicable processing fees). All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateway channels.

Refund Policy: All sales are final once the course is purchased and digital access is provided to your account. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform, instructional videos, study notes, templates, and certificates are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ClaimSkills expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure platform operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ClaimSkills, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the course (₹999).

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform without prior notice or refund if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in unauthorized content sharing, violate intellectual property rights, or commit fraudulent activity.
